How to prevent hair loss: 10 Reason, Causes & Treatment

Hair Loss

Which is also called alopecia or baldness, refers to the hair fall from the head or part of the body. Typically, at least the head is included in it. The severity of hair loss can vary from one small area to the whole body. Usually inflammation or wound does not exist. Some people have a psychological crisis due to hair fall.

Except for the palms of our hands and soles of our feet, the hair grows everywhere on human skin, but many hairs are so fine that they disappear. Hair is made of a protein called Keratin which occurs in the hair follicles in the outer layer of the skin. Since follicles produce new hair cells, old cells are pushed out of the skin surface at roughly six inches per year.

Baldness usually refers to hair fall from your scalp. The loss of hereditary hair with age is the most common cause of baldness. Some people like to let their hair fall untreated and untouched. Others can cover it with hairstyles, makeup, hat or scarves.
